The Clearwater Library Foundation, Inc. was formed in 1984
as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. It is a membership organization
whose mission is to enhance the cultural, educational and informational

services, facilities, programs and collections beyond those provided
by the traditional tax base funding of the Clearwater Public Library
